Return Policy – Beauty Mark by Karli

At Beauty Mark by Karli, all services are performed with the utmost care, precision, and professionalism. Due to the nature of our services—tattoos, permanent makeup, piercings, and permanent jewelry—all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the following details for each service type:

Tattoos & Permanent Makeup (PMU):

• No refunds will be issued once the service has been performed.

• It is your responsibility to communicate your desired outcome clearly during your consultation and appointment.

• Touch-ups, if needed, are not included unless otherwise stated. A separate fee will apply depending on the type of work.

• Any dissatisfaction must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the appointment for assessment. We do not guarantee exact results due to individual healing processes and aftercare.

Permanent Jewelry:

• All sales are final once the jewelry is applied/welded.

• Chains are inspected before welding to ensure quality. If a chain breaks due to a manufacturer defect within 7 days, we will replace it at no cost.

• Breaks due to wear, pulling, or improper care are not covered. Repairs may be available at a fee.

Piercings:

• No refunds once a piercing is performed.

• Jewelry is final sale due to health and hygiene regulations.

• We will assess any issues such as swelling or irritation within 7 days of your appointment. However, reactions vary and are not grounds for refund.
